Victor has been with the team since 1988, and ran the practice from 2008 to 2016 with his wife. At home he has three dogs: 

Penny, a Manchester terrier whose mother was abandoned when heavily pregnant, Georgie the Bolognese and Holly the Maltipoo. They are joined by Snickers and Twix the cats.
